Constructed in 2012, the Hobby/Repair House (aka the Sunset House) looks like an old time general store but was designed to accommodate many potential uses. It’s wired for a kiln, has a utility sink with an electric water warmer, an extra high ceiling and a garage door in the back so it’s ready for just about any repair project or hobby. One of its two closets is stubbed for a bathroom so it could easily be made into another living unit . The view (and sunsets) from there are spectacular.
